Animal hospital supports humane society
Friends of Warwick Valley Humane Society have announced that Orchard Grove Animal Hospital in Warwick has become the organization's first corporate friend. Practice owner Dr. V. John Ludmerer's donation, made in memory of pets that have passed during the month of September, will go directly to help care for homeless animals in the local community.

Warwick Chamber of Commerce Business Expo Raffle Winner
Pam Curry of Warwick won the raffle prize from FRIENDS of Warwick Valley Humane Society at the Business Expo on April 6, 2013. The prize, a stainless steel bowl full of dog toys and treats, was donated by Hometowne Pet Supply.

Warwick Valley Humane Society
The Warwick Valley Humane Society, Inc. is a non-profit organization founded in 1954 and serving the Warwick Valley since 1968 in the operation of an animal shelter. The organization's mission is to provide a clean, comfortable safe haven for lost, abandoned, unwanted, abused and neglected animals and to properly care for them with medical attention to the injured and ill until these animals are re-united with their families, adopted or appropriately released. Visit Warwick Valley Humane Society daily 12 to 4 pm at 48 Public Works Drive in Warwick.
